Ai Suma Hotel - Milan

Positive, The location was perfect, just steps from the Metro. I loved the comfy beds and the air conditioning worked like a charm during the heatwave. Staff brought a kettle to my room, a nice touch. Nearby restaurants were bustling with locals, always a good sign 😊

Varied and delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and tasty cheeses, for example prepared by courteous staff. Public parking nearby provided.

Exceptionally comfortable and bright hotel, pleasant staff, really enjoyed the magnificent location near to the old city centre and main shopping districts and the tube station. The atmosphere created was quiet. All the services were welcoming, the room was tastefully decorated with fresh modern decor, good aircon plus stylish interior.

The shower flooded all over the floor, due to a missing shower wall. It was unbelievable! Sleeping was a nightmare because they pushed two single beds together instead of giving me a queen. I would have thought i could at least get a complimentary bottle of water for such inconveniences, but apparently not. Really disappointing.

It was just a great fit for a brief stop-in in Milan with great value for the money. The bathroom was big and modern, making it a comfortable spot to freshen up after a long day. It can be a bit temperamental.
